A major upgrade to the CVP-805 is the 7” touch-screen interface which allows the player to access functions like layering and splitting sounds, editing, and recording more quickly and intuitively. It also boasts a linear-graded hammer action with wood keys individually weighted and balanced like an acoustic piano. The expanded sound library includes 1315 voices, 49 drum kits, 480XG voices, and 525 rhythm styles for virtually unlimited creative expression. Bluetooth audio and MIDI enable you to use a tablet or other device to operate the Clavinova using Yamaha’s SmartPianist app! The beefed-up sound system includes 4 speakers powered by 130 watts. The sturdy cabinet is also suitable for institutional use.
