Gibson ES-335 1986 (second)

Check out this beautiful vintage Gibson ES-335 from 1986. This instrument features the classic Gibson 335 look that conjures up images of blues legends such as BB King and Larry Carlton. The classic cherry finish is in wonderful condition.
This guitar was designated as a second by Gibson (see headstock photo). Are guess for why this is categorized this way, we think its likely a finish issue repair shown in the 6th photo.
The guitar currently has easily removable aftermarket pickup covers installed on it to more accurately create the 335 look (86 335s did not have covers).
The guitar is in good condition for its age and plays wonderfully.
